As a courtesy to our patients, insurers are billed directly for services provided. All deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance are expected to be paid at the time of service.  Accepted means of payment are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and America Express, as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA). 

 

We also offer payment online via the link below through "InstaMed".  To create an account you will need your account number, which is located on your patient statement.  Once created, you may thereafter make all of your payments online.  You may also set up automatic payment plans directly via this link.  

 

Insurers are routinely being added to our list of accepted insurance plans. Please call us to verify whether your insurance is accepted if you do not see it listed on our website.  We do update this information often.

 

After all insurances have been filed, if there is a balance due, a statement will be mailed to your address with the details. As well, if there is a credit due, a credit will be issued to the same financial account from which the time of service payment was made.
